MEMORY A SEASON HOUSE IN MANANTIALES. A house, a boat, a wall… for rest, nature and discovery. The intense ocean views and the elevated topography of the place are important or relevant and combine with a house that creates an intimate and serene environment of rest, contemplation and relax. A large stone wall in U runs by and unifies several fields of the house, combined and contrasted with a large hyper thin cover that is expanded along the entire length of the house, this goes roofing, generating vibrations and multiple housing specialties. It is Resolved with a typology (of the kind of a boat) with low cabins and upper decks, and an intermediate level, covering space for the barbecue area with ocean views. A step below a garden type “Patio” is made between the bedrooms and the living room, controlling the intimacy with the neighbor through a green hedge.
